Check the material you received
When contacting us, identify the product and the filename or edition information shown in the material, if available. This helps distinguish the version you are reading from a different file.
A product page describes the topics offered. It is not a dated changelog, and no future update entitlement is implied by this page.
Report a correction
Include the product name, page or module reference and a short explanation of the issue. For a code example, describe the expected behaviour and the result you observed.
If you share a snippet or an error message, remove private data, passwords and tokens. A small reproducible example is more useful than an entire project.
Keep your practice context clear
Code behaviour can depend on the project settings and installed tools. Record the language or runtime version shown by your environment when it is relevant to a question.
Saved PDFs can be read offline. Connected exercises should be checked with their stated prerequisites; a live request and a mocked response test different parts of a workflow.
Ask about an order
